On September 10, Ms. Rosenhouse called OZ to confirm that she is out of the country on October 20 but available on November 24. The hearing, therefore, will continue on November 24. It is noted that the Applicant submitted a faxed letter dated September 11, 2009 asking OZ to inform him of the status of the scheduled hearing.
