08-13 Final Action: Marriott International, Inc -- Consolidated PUD & Related Map Amendment @ Square 370 Approved. The Commission acknowledged staff error in not sending out written notice to ANC 2C, but determined that sufficient notice was otherwise provided so the ANC would not be harmed. The Commission by consensus did not reopen the record to accept Exhibits 63 and 64 and instructed staff to return the exhibits.
