Z.C. Case No. 08-06A PRELIINARY MATTERS: Zoning Regulations Review -Next Steps Hood announced an upcoming hearing for the ANCs on Thursday, January 30th at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the John A. Wilson building. In addition, Hood said they are “taking it on the road” and will hold four further public hearings as follows: hearing one for Wards 1 and 2; hearing two for Wards 3 and 4; hearing three from Wards 5 and 6; and hearing four for Wards 7 and 8. These hearing will be for those who have not already testified before the Commission on the ZRR. Dates for these hearings will be announced in the near future. Hood also announced that the record will be held open until 3:00 p.m. on March 3rd.
