04-25 Catholic University - Map Amendment On September 29, 2004, the Office of Zoning received an application from The Catholic University (the “applicant”) for approval of an amendment to and further processing of an approved campus plan and a map amendment from unzoned to R-5-A for Parcel 121/29 in Square 3663. The property that is the subject of this application consists of Square3654, Lots 3-6, 10, 12, 15-17, 801-806, 809-811; Square 3655, Lot 1; Square 3656, Lot 800; Square 3657, Lots 805, 821, 826; Square 3663, Parcel 121/29; Square 3671, Lots 23, 3, 802; and Square 3821, Lots 45, 45, 817, and Parcels 122/5, 122/5, 122/71, in Ward 5. The majority of the campus is zoned R-5-A. The applicant seeks an amendment to and further processing of the campus plan in order to include the West Campus within its boundaries and make viable use of the newly acquired parcel. The map amendment for Parcel 121/29 is necessary to establish the R-5-A zoning to allow its inclusion within the campus plan.
