Please use the following form to sign-up to provide oral testimony by telephone or WebEx video at a virtual public hearing before the Zoning Commission or Board of Zoning Adjustment. Please note, you are not required to use this form if you are just providing written testimony. All individuals, organizations, or associations wishing to testify in a case are strongly encouraged to sign up to testify 24-hours prior to the hearing by using this form. If you wish to sign-up less than 24 hours prior to the hearing, you must call the following Office of Zoning staff members:
