Zoning Case Search

The DC Office of Zoning (DCOZ) is pleased to present a real time search tool that provides the ability to view Zoning Commission (ZC) and Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) case-related information as well as certain supporting documents. The search tool will eventually allow users to view a full exhibit log of each selected case.

Now you can track cases by adding them as favorites to your IZIS dashboard. You need to have an account with IZIS. If you already have an account with IZIS, click here to Login. If you need to create an acocunt click here to Register. Once your account has been created, you will have to search again and add cases to through Zoning Case Search

Search Instructions

Use any of the search criteria provided here to search for ZC and BZA cases. Fill in the search term and click the "Go" button. Please note that the Zoning Case Search tool only provides results dating back to 1969. Click the transcripts and video archive links provided here to search for your related case information on the DCOZ website.

Note

If the only information you possess is a street address, please access the Zoning Map and search by address to retrieve square and lot information. You may then return to this Zoning Case Search tool to conitnue your search.
