Case Number : 08-06-9 Case Name : Zoning Regs Rewrite: Sustainability Case Summary : (Text Amendment) Consider general recommendations for changes to the zoning regulations in relation to sustain11bility. The theme of the majority of the recommendations is reduction of climate change inducing greenhouse gasses. Reduction of greenhouse gasses can be accomplished through zoning tools designed to decrease auto-reliance through improved walkability, increase energy conservation and renewable energy production, and increase vegetation. Public Hearing Notice :   Result : The hearing for Office of Planning: ZRR – Sustainability concluded on May 21, 2009. The record will remain open for specific items until June 8 and the ZC will consider this case at their June 22 meeting.
